Registered Manager

• Lead, manage, and develop the full staff team
• Oversee all onboarding, induction, and training processes
• Prepare for and manage the Ofsted registration process
• Ensure the home is fully prepared for opening, maintaining high standards of safeguarding, care quality, and regulatory compliance
• Provide flexibility for on-call duties and additional support when required

• QCF Level 3 (or equivalent) in Residential Childcare
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in children’s residential care within the last 5 years
• At least 1 year in a supervisory/management role within a care setting
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children’s home standards
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Must successfully complete an Ofsted Fit Person interview within 6 months of appointment
