REGISTERED MANAGER- ADULTS LEARNING DISABILITIES AND AUTISM PERMANENT, FULL TIME, LEYLAND. GENEROUS BENEFITS. If you're ready for a new challenge and opportunity to lead and develop a team supporting adults with autism and behaviours that may challenge, we are seeking a skilled Registered Manager to oversee a two bedded residential service in Leyland. Working for a progressive and established organisation who provide support and care to adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex behaviours we seek someone who holds the strong values and person-centred support at the heart of what they do.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a two-bedded residential service for adults with complex behaviours and autism
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of service users
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews of service users' needs and progress
  • Ensure effective communication with service users, families, and external stakeholders
  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently to maintain service quality
  • To liaise with commissioners and stakeholders and be aware of all relevant CQC legislation and requirements

Requirements:

  • Skilled Registered Manager
  • Ideally with NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management
  • Experience in leading teams and performance management of staff, and conduct supervisions
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
  • Flexible in working approach
