Ofsted Registered Manager - Children Services Carnforth, Lancashire Salary: £46,300 - £52,100 + per annum Our client, a reputable provider of specialist social care services, is hiring for a dedicated Registered Manager to oversee a children's homes in Carnforth, Lancashire. The home supports children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, including some with complex behaviours. Your role and responsibilities as Registered Manager You will lead and inspire your team, maintain OFSTED compliance, and create a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive. With full support from senior leadership and an in-house psychology team, you will have the resources to succeed.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience within social care settings, particularly with complex behaviours
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and care standards

  • A compassionate approach with a focus on positive outcomes for individuals
  • Relevant management qualification (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care)
