Registered Manager - Children's Home (2-Bed Therapeutic Setting) Location: Manchester Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm Salary: £50,000 Are you passionate about making a positive difference in children's lives? Our client, a reputable organisation dedicated to providing nurturing, trauma-informed care, is hiring for a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a small, therapeutic 2-bed children's home in Manchester. What you'll be doing: * Lead and inspire a warm, stable environment, modelling trauma-informed and relational care practices. * Ensure the home consistently meets all regulatory standards and remains inspection-ready. * Oversee safeguarding, risk assessments, and coordinate multi-agency working to protect and support children. * Manage and develop staff through supervision, training, and performance management. * Lead team meetings, reflective practice, and cultivate a positive team culture. * Manage budgets, resources, and the overall home environment effectively. * Provide regular reports and quality assurance feedback to the Responsible Individual. * Participate in the on-call rota to ensure consistent leadership and support.
