This service supports people with complex needs, predominately LD. You will be more than a manager. You will be a leader, an advocate, and a driving force for positive change. Your role is vital in shaping lives of both the people in our care and the team around you.
Job Responsibility:
Overseeing the operations of our 8 bed home in Barnet

Requirements:
Experienced in a leadership role within Residential
Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within LD and Residential care
Demonstrates positive values
Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice
Holds or is working towards a Level 5 Qualification
