Keys are looking for a Registered Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations of our 10 bed Service that supports individuals with Mental Health need.

Requirements

  • Experienced as a Registered Manager
  • Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
  • Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Learning Disabilities, Mental Health
  • Demonstrates positive values
  • Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
  • Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice
