Registered Manager role within LDC Care Co, overseeing Supported Living services for adults with complex needs, managing staff teams, and ensuring outstanding care quality standards as part of an operational patch.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee a small cluster of Supported Living services
Manage care and support for 6 – 12 supported individuals with complex needs
Develop support approaches to integrate individuals into local communities, increase independence, and ensure safety
Line manage around 30 team members
Provide an open and engaging environment for staff
Work with an assigned Deputy Manager on managerial tasks
Access and utilise specialist resources within the organisation
Requirements:
Management experience within the Adult Health and Social Care Sector
Experience in supporting complex individuals who have additional challenges
Ability to promote a positive outcome-focused ethos within a service
