Job Description:

Registered Manager – Children’s Home (Learning Disabilities). CIW Regulated. If you’re a confident Registered Manager who can bring stability, energy and high standards—and you’re passionate about supporting children with learning disabilities and autism to live meaningful, happy lives—this is your next move. As Registered Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for the home. You will be the safeguarding lead, ensuring the service remains emotionally safe, nurturing, and fully compliant with Ofsted and regulatory requirements. Your leadership will inspire, motivate, and develop your team, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring every young person receives exceptional, personalised care that enables them to grow, develop, and flourish.

Job Responsibility:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Embedding trauma‑informed, child‑centred practice
