Job Description:

Caird Avenue is a brand new service & is currently forecasted to open in May 2026. Situated on the Bournemouth/Hampshire border, in New Milton, the property is being refurbished to provide 2 ground floor bedrooms with an accessible wet room, 2 first floor bedrooms with ensuites, a shared communal kitchen, dining and lounge space. A separate staff office will also be established.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with those with learning disabilities and/or mental health or complex behaviours across multiple different sites
  • Established Registered Manager
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Passion for quality and governance
  • Level 4 or 5 in Health & Social Care or qualified through experience
  • Strong leadership values
  • Excellent communicator
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Flexibility to lead from the front, at times covering shifts or taking your turn on the on call rota
