Caird Avenue is a brand new service & is currently forecasted to open in May 2026. Situated on the Bournemouth/Hampshire border, in New Milton, the property is being refurbished to provide 2 ground floor bedrooms with an accessible wet room, 2 first floor bedrooms with ensuites, a shared communal kitchen, dining and lounge space. A separate staff office will also be established.
Job Responsibility:

Play a pivotal role in transitioning new people into services

Be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
Requirements:
Experience working with those with learning disabilities and/or mental health or complex behaviours across multiple different sites
Established Registered Manager
Keen eye for detail
Passion for quality and governance
Level 4 or 5 in Health & Social Care or qualified through experience
Strong leadership values
Excellent communicator
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Flexibility to lead from the front, at times covering shifts or taking your turn on the on call rota
Relentless in providing person-centred care
