Job Description

LDC Care Co is expanding into Medway and seeks a Registered Manager to head up this new venture, creating a new patch. The role involves overseeing Supported Living services, managing care for individuals with complex needs, and leading a team of staff with support from an experienced management team.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee a small cluster of Supported Living services
  • Manage the care and support for an average of 6 – 12 supported individuals with complex needs
  • Develop support approaches to integrate individuals into their local communities, increase independence, and ensure safety
  • Line manage around 30 team members
  • Provide an open and engaging environment for staff

Requirements

  • Management experience within the Adult Health and Social Care Sector
  • Experience in supporting complex individuals who have additional challenges
  • Ability to promote a positive outcome-focused ethos within a service
  • Must be caring, passionate, organised and fair
