Job Description:

The Registered Manager has overall responsibility for the management of their branch, working closely with the Directors to provide exceptional leadership. The role is challenging and fast paced yet highly rewarding and provides the ability to build fantastic working relationships with clients, staff and community stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Overall responsibility for the management of their branch
  • Provide exceptional leadership
  • Work closely with the Directors
  • Deliver high quality care within their service
  • Build fantastic working relationships with clients, staff and community stakeholders
  • Grow the team whilst maintaining high standards of care

Requirements:

  • Someone that holds a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or be working towards it
  • A full driving licence and use of a car
  • Good understanding of the CQC and what it means to achieve a “Good” or “Outstanding” rating
  • Management experience in the Health and Social Care Sector
  • Care Manager or Deputy Manager experience

Nice to have:

Domiciliary care experience
