We are currently looking for a talented Registered Manager to join our team at a brand-new residential service. Frensham House will be part of our Oaklea service based in Devon. We are currently undergoing a recruitment drive to create an experienced team to support up to 6 people at Frensham House. The current forecasted opening date is March 2026, and we are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to assist with the opening of this exciting new service.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure the health and wellbeing of individuals we support and colleagues

Deliver outstanding quality across services in line with legal, statutory, and regulatory obligations
Be process driven and have a passion for continuous improvement
Be present in services to coach and mentor colleagues
Set the right example and lead from the front
Maintain strong oversight of services ensuring operations is balanced
Develop strong relationships with families, external professionals and regulators
Play a pivotal role in transitioning new people into our services
Understand the importance of documentation and empower teams to deliver excellent written communications and support plans
Deliver reporting to support in maximising quality and compliance
Requirements:
Registered Manager with experience supporting people with Prader-Willi syndrome or similar conditions
Experience working with those with learning disabilities and/or mental health or complex behaviours across multiple different sites
Established Registered Manager looking for a new challenge
Keen eye for detail and a passion for quality and governance
Achieved level 4 or 5 in Health & Social Care or qualified through experience
Strong leadership values
Excellent communicator with an ability to influence at different levels
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work on own initiative and seek ways to continuously improve
Enjoy an environment where no two days are the same
Degree of flexibility is required to lead from the front, covering shifts or taking a turn on the "on call" rota
Must be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
