Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Registered Manager to open, oversee, manage and put own stamp on a brand new home in Preesall. The Role: As Registered Manager, you will be an established, experienced, and driven Registered Manager, having achieved a minimum 'Good' Ofsted rating in your current and/or previous home(s). The successful candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, has high standards for themselves, their team, and their young people, and has ambitions to progress in our organisation during the growing portfolio of high-quality, successful children's homes, delivering the highest standards of care with outstanding outcomes for young people.
