Job Description:

We are currently partnering with a specialist care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for a residential service supporting adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and associated mental health needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate leader to join a well-established organisation delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a therapeutic environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading, managing, and developing a dedicated staff team
  • Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and legislative requirements
  • Promoting person-centred, outcome-focused care approaches
  • Managing service performance, resources, and budgets effectively
  • Building strong relationships with commissioners and external stakeholders
  • Overseeing audits, quality assurance, and service improvements
  • Supporting recruitment, training, supervision, and staff development
  • Participating in an on-call rota and providing leadership across a 24/7 service

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (essential)
  • Relevant experience working with complex needs (essential)
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Registered Manager
  • Strong experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex mental health needs
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Sound knowledge of CQC standards and current legislation
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A flexible, resilient, and proactive approach
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
