We are currently partnering with a specialist care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for a residential service supporting adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and associated mental health needs. Job Responsibility:
Leading, managing, and developing a dedicated staff team
Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and legislative requirements
Promoting person-centred, outcome-focused care approaches
Managing service performance, resources, and budgets effectively
Building strong relationships with commissioners and external stakeholders
Overseeing audits, quality assurance, and service improvements
Supporting recruitment, training, supervision, and staff development
Participating in an on-call rota and providing leadership across a 24/7 service
Requirements:
Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (essential)
Relevant experience working with complex needs (essential)
A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Registered Manager
Strong experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex mental health needs
Proven leadership and team management experience
Sound knowledge of CQC standards and current legislation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A flexible, resilient, and proactive approach
