Registered Manager - Elderly Residential and Dementia Home

• Overall operational leadership of the home
• Continuing to strengthen governance and compliance standards
• Developing systems, processes and accountability structures
• Coaching, mentoring and developing the wider team
• Supporting occupancy and commercial performance
• Building relationships across the local community
• Ensuring exceptional resident outcomes
• Maintaining positive relationships with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders
• Supporting the home's ambition to become a recognised hub within the local community

• Previous elderly care leadership experience
• Strong understanding of compliance and governance
• The ability to develop and empower teams
• A calm, thoughtful and people-centric leadership style
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to balance operational, commercial and quality priorities
• Experience working with Welsh regulations and CIW requirements would be advantageous
• Experience implementing systems, processes and operational improvements
• A genuine passion for developing people and creating positive workplace cultures
