Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead an established and growing domiciliary care branch in Newport. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation that operates in South Wales.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the delivery of home care services to adults in the community
  • Ensure compliance with CIW standards and company policies
  • Manage and support a team of care coordinators and care staff
  • Drive branch growth and maintain excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a domiciliary care setting (essential)
  • Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager (essential)
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Adults) or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of CIW regulations and compliance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
