Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home (7 Bed) - Bradford Salary: £51,331 - £63,553 | Total Package: Up to £73,808 (including bonus and allowances) Are you passionate about making a real difference in young people's lives? Our client, a leading provider of specialist care, is hiring for a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a 7-bed children's residential home supporting young people with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to guide a high-performing team and create a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive. What you'll be doing: * Leading and developing a motivated care team * Ensuring full Ofsted compliance and maintaining high-quality standards * Overseeing care planning and tracking positive outcomes for young people * Managing referrals and admissions efficiently * Cultivating a culture of safety, support, and motivation for young people and staff You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and therapists, to deliver holistic, person-centred care.
