Our client, a leading provider of specialist care, is hiring for a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a 7-bed children's residential home supporting young people with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. What you'll be doing: * Leading and developing a motivated care team * Ensuring full Ofsted compliance and maintaining high-quality standards * Overseeing care planning and tracking positive outcomes for young people * Managing referrals and admissions efficiently * Cultivating a culture of safety, support, and motivation for young people and staff You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and therapists, to deliver holistic, person-centred care.
