We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager for our home in Widnes. The Role: Our Widnes service is a fully detached three-bed home located just 10 minutes from the town centre, surrounded by parks, green spaces and scenic walking routes. The home offers a calm, friendly environment where adults can relax, feel safe and enjoy a balance of routine and independence. The individuals we support are active, outdoors-focused individuals who enjoy swimming, walking, hiking, including trips to Wales, shopping and getting involved in their community. Some also have additional health needs, such as epilepsy, so staff play an important role in providing consistent, bespoke support, promoting independence, and helping individuals stay engaged in the activities they love. As the Registered Manager, you will have full management responsibility for the smooth running of this 3-bedroom home in Widnes. You will lead a team of care professionals, foster a strong safeguarding culture, and ensure our high standards are upheld every day. Your focus will be on ensuring that we continue to enrich the lives of the people we support, helping them to thrive and get the most out of life.
Job Responsibility:
Leading, developing and motivating a high-performing team

Work closely with the home team, professionals and families
Meet all governing body regulations and legislative requirements
Delivery and monitoring of all service provisions
Complying with all company policies and procedures
Promoting a strong safeguarding culture
Operating within a defined budget and meeting all service standards and KPI’s
Requirements:
Ideally be an experienced registered manager in a similar CQC regulated environment
Essential that you have NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
Passion for person-centred care
Demonstrate a track record of delivering high quality care, ideally with adults with autism and learning disabilities
Ability to lead and develop a large team
Flexible and manage your own hours
Resilience and tenacity to deal with challenging situations
Full driving licence is also essential
