Job Description:

We are working with a growing, family-run care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for a well-established neurorehabilitation service in Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation with a strong reputation for quality care and person-centred rehabilitation. The service supports individuals transitioning from acute care to greater independence through tailored care pathways and multi-disciplinary input.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and service oversight
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred rehabilitation care
  • Support a smooth transition for patients from acute settings to independent living
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and compassion
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and work toward ‘Outstanding’ outcomes
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and resourcing effectively
  • Foster strong relationships with families, commissioners, and partners

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 4/RMA or NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Leadership (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager
  • Experience in a comparable service (rehab, complex care, neuro, transitional care)
  • Knowledge of CQC standards with proven success in recent inspections
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and experience within the private care sector
  • Passion for delivering measurable outcomes in adult rehabilitation
