Searching for a Registered Manager to lead a "Good" CQC-rated service across all areas, dedicated to empowering individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, acquired brain injuries (ABI), and complex needs to unlock their full potential and live independently within their community. Located at the specialist residential service in Levenshulme, you will lead a dedicated team providing slow-stream rehabilitation and transitional residential care for adults with Acquired Brain Injuries and complex neurological conditions. As the CQC Registered Manager, your focus will be leading from the front to maintain our "Good" rating while pushing for excellence.
Job Responsibility
Leadership & Culture: Coaching, mentoring, and inspiring Service Managers and the wider team across a multi-floor, specialised facility
Quality & Governance: Driving continuous improvement, managing training compliance, rotas, and ensuring meticulous care documentation
Transitions & Relationships: Collaborating closely with families, external professionals, and regulators to smoothly transition new residents into the service
Requirements
Ideally 1+ years of experience as a CQC Registered Manager (or an established manager ready for a new challenge)
Experience managing a clinical setting, a clinical team, or clients with complex clinical/neurological needs is highly desirable
Experience with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI), complex behaviours, or multiple disabilities is highly desirable
Level 4 or 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent experience with willingness to work towards)
A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
