Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care

This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a new service, building a branch from the ground up while being supported by an experienced and well-established wider organisation. The Opportunity: This is a true start-up leadership role, offering full autonomy to: Build and develop your own care and office team; Establish the branch’s culture, processes and reputation; Lead on CQC registration and ensure compliance from day one; Drive growth in care hours across private and local authority packages. You will be responsible for creating a high-performing, compliant and commercially successful service, with the backing of a provider that already operates successfully across multiple locations.
