Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care

• Establish the office structure and lead the recruitment of the initial care team
• Build relationships within the Bracknell community and referral networks to drive private hours
• Ensure all care delivery meets high compliance standards from the first package
• Manage the financial and local competitor landscape to ensure a competitive market entry

• Must currently live within a 30-minute radius of Bracknell
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential
• Must be willing to deliver care on the frontline and manage the on-call rota
• A solid, consistent CV is required
• Must have a permanent Right to Work in the UK (Sponsorship is not offered)
• Must be happy with a 08:30–17:00 schedule and possess no outside business interests

• Existing local connections and deep knowledge of the Berkshire care market
• Ideally has experience in managing a start-up or an underperforming branch through a growth phase
• A strong win-conversion rate for new enquiries and a proven ability to "sell" care
• High degree of knowledge regarding financial competitors and business development activities
