Compass Associates are working exclusively with an established domiciliary care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established branch in Crawley, West Sussex. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a domiciliary care branch currently delivering approximately just under 1000 care hours per week. The service has an established operational history and a full office structure in place.
Job Responsibility:
Hold CQC Registered Manager status for the branch
Provide operational leadership across the domiciliary care service
Improve quality assurance, governance and regulatory compliance
Prepare the branch for internal inspections and regulatory oversight
Drive growth in care hours across both local authority and private markets
Manage and develop the branch office team including supervisors and coordinators
Oversee care delivery, rota management and service continuity
Strengthen relationships with local authority commissioners
Participate in the branch on-call rota shared across the management team
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
Strong understanding of CQC regulatory frameworks and compliance
Demonstrable experience improving service performance and governance
Ability to grow service hours and build commissioner relationships
Proven experience managing and motivating care teams
Stable career history within the care sector
