Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Registered Manager to help shape brighter futures for the children and young people in our care. As a Registered Manager, you will be a key part of the leadership team, ensuring the home runs smoothly and every young person receives the highest standard of care. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and foster a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment.

Job Responsibility:

Leadership: Oversee the daily running of the home, ensuring efficient and consistent operations
Team Support: Supervise, guide, and mentor staff, creating a positive and high-performing team culture
Organisation: Manage rotas, coordinate child-focused training, and ensure young people have access to the right services and support
On-Call Duties: Participate in the on-call rota to support the home outside of core hours

Requirements:

Right to live and work in the UK
Full UK driving license
