Job Description:

Lead with Purpose. Make a Lasting Impact. We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home in Bridgend. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team performance in a child-centred environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure the home meets all regulatory and safeguarding standards
  • Lead staff recruitment, supervision, and development
  • Oversee care planning, placement reviews, and transition plans
  • Manage budgets, rotas, and operational compliance
  • Promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
  • Drive continuous improvement and service development
  • Support young people with complex needs, helping them achieve positive outcomes and prepare for brighter futures

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children & Young People)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience managing a children's residential home
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
