Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily operations across both services
Maintain safe, effective, and consistent care
Build a positive and accountable team culture
Ensure services are accessible, flexible, and reliable
Deliver person-centred care tailored to adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and PMLD
Embed best practice approaches in care planning and delivery
Ensure full compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and CQC or CIW Fundamental Standards
Maintain audit readiness and implement quality improvements
Lead, motivate, train, and develop staff teams
Provide supervision, performance management, and structured professional development
Maintain strong communication with families, professionals, commissioners, and internal teams
Manage budgets, staffing levels, and resources
Complete all required administrative duties accurately
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Registered Manager, Care Manager, Service Manager, or Deputy Manager within adult social care
Strong knowledge of CQC or CIW regulations and quality standards
Ability to lead teams, delegate effectively, and manage competing priorities
Relevant Health and Social Care qualification at Level 3 or above
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
