Job Description:

I am delighted to be partnering with a valued client in the recruitment of an experienced Home Manager for their large, luxury elderly nursing home located in East London. This is a well-run, stable service operated by a highly reputable, family-owned provider. This opportunity would suit a passionate and dedicated Home Manager with a proven track record in leading successful care services.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC regulations
Developing an established team
Ensuring strong commercial performance
Leading successful care services

Requirements:

Experience as a Nursing Home Manager (essential)
RGN/RMN/RNLD qualification or non-nurse background considered
Experience within the high-end care sector (desirable)
Strong understanding of CQC criteria and evidence of compliant inspection history
Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of CQC requirements
Hold a track record of achieving Good to Outstanding CQC ratings
Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate staff
Be confident, positive, and committed to delivering exceptional standards of care
Be able to engage effectively with the local community
Show determination, drive, and a genuine passion for improving residents' lives

Nice to have:

Experience within the high-end care sector
