Job Description:

Compass Associates are pleased to be partnering with a well-established care provider who operate a portfolio of residential and dementia care homes. They are currently seeking a Registered Home Manager to lead a residential and dementia care service based around the Darlington area. This role offers the opportunity to join a stable, supportive organisation, with strong operational backing including a Deputy Manager, Regional Manager, and a well-established care team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of the home
  • Ensure high standards of person-centred care
  • Ensure robust CQC compliance
  • Ensure strong occupancy levels
  • Ensure effective agency control
  • Ensure continuous quality improvement
  • Build positive relationships with families and the wider community
  • Inspire and develop the team

Requirements:

  • Evidence of previous successful CQC inspections
  • Experience managing a residential and/or dementia care home as a Registered Manager
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
