Job Responsibility:
Provide visible, hands-on leadership across nursing, dementia and residential services
Drive excellence in person-centred and dementia-focused care practice
Lead the development of a complex dementia care pathway
Maintain and build upon strong regulatory and compliance standards
Recruit, develop and retain high-performing multidisciplinary teams
Manage budgets and resources to ensure operational and commercial performance
Requirements:
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Proven experience as a Registered Manager within elderly nursing and/or dementia services
Strong track record of successful CQC inspections
Significant experience in dementia care
Confident, visible leader with strong clinical governance knowledge
Commercially and operationally astute
Nice to have:
Experience in complex dementia environments
