Compass Associates are pleased to be partnering with a valued client who are looking to find a seasoned Registered Manager to join the business in Manchester. The group have a solid reputation within the sector and have a portfolio of care homes across England and Scotland. They are passionate about internal progression, support and quality care for their residents. The role joins a well-established care home around the Manchester area. This home provides residential and dementia care to elderly residents, currently requiring some internal troubleshooting. The new Registered Manager will be supported by a Deputy and Regional Manager, ensuring they have the team and the resources needed to make improvements to day to day care.
