Job Description

Compass Associates are pleased to be working alongside a fantastic provider who operate a well-established portfolio across England and Scotland. A vacancy has arisen in the business for an experienced Registered Manager to take the helm of a service located around the Hull area. This home provides residential and dementia care to older adults, set across two floors. To support, there is a settled Deputy Manager and a Regional Manager, and the role itself comes with plenty of autonomy to grow the home under your own vision.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 5
  • Previous experience of managing an elderly care home providing residential & dementia care
  • Evidence of GOOD or improved CQC reports under their direct management
