Job Responsibility
Lead the day-to-day management of a small elderly nursing home
Maintain exceptional standards of clinical care, governance and compliance
Lead, motivate and develop an experienced and committed staff team
Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals
Ensure continued regulatory compliance while maintaining the home's excellent reputation
Manage budgets, occupancy and operational performance in line with agreed objectives
Participate in the home's on-call arrangements when required
Requirements
Current Home Manager or experienced Deputy Home Manager ready for their first Home Manager position
Nurse qualified (RGN or RMN)
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and elderly care
Passionate about delivering person-centred care
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
Values-led individual who prioritises quality of care above commercial performance
Ideally lives within approximately 30 minutes of the home to support operational requirements
