Are you an experienced Deputy Home Manager ready to take the next step into your first Home Manager position? Job Responsibility

  • Lead the day-to-day management of a small elderly nursing home
  • Maintain exceptional standards of clinical care, governance and compliance
  • Lead, motivate and develop an experienced and committed staff team
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals
  • Ensure continued regulatory compliance while maintaining the home's excellent reputation
  • Manage budgets, occupancy and operational performance in line with agreed objectives
  • Participate in the home's on-call arrangements when required

Requirements

  • Current Home Manager or experienced Deputy Home Manager ready for their first Home Manager position
  • Nurse qualified (RGN or RMN)
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and elderly care
  • Passionate about delivering person-centred care
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
  • Values-led individual who prioritises quality of care above commercial performance
  • Ideally lives within approximately 30 minutes of the home to support operational requirements
