Job Description

Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client who operate across the UK. They are currently looking for a seasoned Registered Home Manager to join the team based around the Liverpool area. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and motivated leader to join a medium to large sized care home providing nursing, residential and dementia care to elderly residents. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to residents whilst maintaining strong governance and compliance standards in line with CQC regulations. A key focus of this role will be centred around leading and developing the staffing team, creating a positive and supportive culture where both residents and staff can thrive. This position would suit a hands-on and visible leader, someone keen to lead from the front.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the home
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to residents
  • Maintaining strong governance and compliance standards in line with CQC regulations

Requirements

  • RGN / RMN / RNLD qualified OR previous experience of managing a nursing care home
  • Understanding of CQC governance and evidence of previous CQC inspections
  • Comfortable managing large teams and networking with external stakeholders
