Job Description

As Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the home with compassion, professionalism and vision. You will inspire your team to deliver person-centred care of the very highest standard while ensuring the home remains fully compliant, commercially successful and a warm, welcoming environment for residents and families alike. You will use your clinical and operational expertise to: Lead and develop a high-performing care team; Deliver exceptional standards of person-centred care; Build strong relationships with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals; Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and governance standards; Drive occupancy, quality and continuous improvement; Create a positive culture where residents and staff thrive.

Requirements

  • Holds a Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification
  • Has experience managing a 40+ bedded Nursing and Dementia care home
  • Has a strong clinical and operational background
  • Has experience commissioning or supporting newly opened services
  • Has excellent knowledge of CQC regulations
  • Is passionate about delivering outstanding care
  • Is a confident people leader who motivates and develops teams
  • Leads with warmth, integrity and professionalism
