Compass Associates are supporting the appointment of a Registered Home Manager for a well-established nursing and dementia care home in Bury St Edmunds. The home has a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality nursing and residential care, supported by a stable management structure and an experienced, committed team. It operates from a distinctive, well-invested setting and has consistently maintained positive regulatory outcomes. The service provides a combination of nursing and residential care, including support for residents living with dementia, with a clear focus on person-centred care and clinical quality. Standards are well established, and the emphasis is on maintaining what works well rather than changing the direction of the home. You’ll be taking over from a long-standing Manager who is progressing into another role within the wider group. A structured handover is in place, making this very much a continuation role rather than a turnaround.
