Branch Manager – Lead, Inspire, and Make an Impact. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the day to day activity and grow a successful care team
  • Ensure the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet service demands
  • Ensure care work is of the required standard
  • Ensure all processes are followed and correctly controlled and documented
  • Be responsible for compliance for quality internally and for regulators and contract holders

Requirements:

  • Experienced leadership
  • Efficient and organized manager with a passion for community care
  • Ideally holds an NVQ Level 5 qualification or has a strong understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework relating to services
  • Solid budget management, business acumen, and commercial skills
  • For those stepping up: extensive industry experience and a deep understanding of CQC standards
  • Should either be working towards NVQ Level 5 or be open to pursuing it
