Are you a dynamic and experienced care leader with a passion for quality and making a real impact? We are working on behalf of a well-established charitable organisation to recruit a Registered Cluster Care Home Manager for two of their services in the Kent area. As a CQC Registered Cluster Manager, you will oversee two services, lead and develop a skilled care team, and ensure the highest standards of care, compliance, and person-centred support. You’ll be supported by two Assistant Managers and a dedicated team, creating a safe and inclusive environment for autistic adults.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and inspire care teams across two residential homes
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
  • Promote a person-centred approach and build positive stakeholder relationships
  • Act swiftly and effectively to manage risk and maintain safety
  • Work Monday to Friday (9am–5pm) and participate in the on-call rota

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing specialist care services
  • Strong understanding of The Care Act, Health & Social Care Act, and frameworks such as DoLS, MCA, and Safeguarding
  • Experienced in practice leadership, coaching, and service improvement
  • Holds or is working toward a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • A proactive leader who thrives in dynamic, person-led environments
