Job Description:

The Licensed Client Service Associate is a developing professional role which integrates in-depth specialty knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Responsibilities include delivering wealth management services and assessing risks, along with communication and analytical skills to support the team.

Job Responsibility:

deliver wealth management services to clients with guidance from the banker teams
appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation
safeguard Citigroup, its clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations
adhere to policy
apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices
escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency

Requirements:

2-5 years relevant experience
ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines with strong organizational and time management skills per the needs of banker teams and clients
ability to problem solve and analyze data with demonstration of attention to detail
strong verbal and written communication skills
client facing experience
strong background and interest in the fields of operations and compliance
previous sales referral experience
knowledge of investments, banking, and credit products
licenses: Series 7/63 or 7/66 required
bachelor's/university degree or equivalent experience
