Proline Care are seeking an OFSTED experienced Registered Manager for a brand new Children’s Residential Home in Oldbury. If you are passionate about working with children in care or interested in supporting a new service with it’s opening then please apply today.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the home
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to the individual needs
  • Lead, mentor, and support staff, fostering a positive working environment that encourages professional development
  • Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and adjust care plans as necessary
  • Ensure effective communication with residents, families, and external stakeholders regarding care services
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety within the facility
  • Participate in quality assurance activities to continuously improve service delivery

Requirements

  • Prior experience with OFSTED
  • 2 years experience with children in residential care
  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management
  • Clear DBS
