Registered Children’s Home Manager

Oversee an EBD residential children’s home for children age 5-16 years

• Compassionate Ofsted registered manager with a genuine passion for care
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
• Dedication to maintaining the highest standards of care
• Profound understanding of complex care needs and challenging behaviours
• Right to work in the United Kingdom
• Minimum 2-year experience in children residential care
• Proven track record with children with autism, learning disabilities, or complex mental health
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

• Children’s residential care: 2 years (required)
• Supervision/management: 1 year (required)
• Ofsted Registration (required)
• Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (required)
• Driver’s license (preferred)

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (preferred)
• Driver’s license (preferred)
