Job Responsibility:
Directly managing the day-to-day operations and supervising Care Coordinators and frontline staff
Ensuring services not only meet but exceed CQC and local authority requirements through rigorous audits
Working with multidisciplinary teams across the village to ensure holistic resident outcomes
Managing recruitment, staff retention, and ensuring your team is highly trained and competent
Developing individualised care plans that promote maximum independence for our residents
Requirements:
Management Experience: A proven track record of leading care teams and managing income/expenditure
Regulatory Expertise: A deep understanding of CQC regulations (KLOEs) and experience leading inspections
Clinical/Social Care Knowledge: Expertise in safeguarding and developing person-centred care plans
Background: Previous experience as a Registered Manager or a strong background, ready for the next step in your career
Qualifications: Minimum NVQ Level 3, though NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care is strongly preferred
