Our mission is to make ageing a more enjoyable and rewarding experience for all involved and our Deputy Care Managers have a huge role to play in making it happen. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Care Manager to support the Registered Manager in leading a small, dedicated team. You’ll be supporting the responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Radfield Home Care service in Radfield Home Care Watford & Borehamwood, driving success and growth by promoting the right working environment, maintaining standards and ensuring quality. In simple terms you’ll be making sure that our care professionals get the support they need and our clients get the care that’s right for them.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Experience in a senior care or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of CQC and domiciliary care
  • Confident leadership and communication skills
  • Organised, reliable, and passionate about care
  • NVQ Level 3 (Level 4 desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience working for a home care provider
  • experience in roles such as care home manager, care coordinator, field care supervisor, and deputy care home manager
  • NVQ Level 4
