We provide high-quality, personalised care to people in their own homes and we’re looking for a Registered Care Manager who shares our passion for delivering outstanding care and leading from the front. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager, or a strong Deputy Manager or Care Coordinator ready to take the next step in their career, to lead and grow a well-supported domiciliary care service. As Registered Care Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team performance. You’ll be supported by a committed leadership team and office staff, allowing you to focus on leading your team and delivering excellent care.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading, managing, and developing a team of care professionals
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining high-quality standards
  • Overseeing safe recruitment, onboarding, and retention of staff
  • Building strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Managing care delivery to ensure it is person-centred and responsive
  • Supporting business growth in a sustainable and quality-led way

Requirements:

  • Experience in a leadership role within domiciliary care (e.g. Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Care Coordinator)
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding
  • Experience in team leadership, recruitment, and staff development
  • A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is currently required for this role
