Job Description:

Radfield Home Care specialises in providing personalised, private care for older people in their own home. Our mission is to make ageing a more enjoyable and rewarding experience for all involved and our Registered Care Managers have a huge role to play in making it happen. You'll be taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Radfield Home Care service in Watford & Borehamwood, driving success and growth by promoting the right working environment, maintaining standards and ensuring quality. In simple terms you'll be making sure that our care professionals get the support they need and our clients get the care that's right for them.

Requirements:

  • Experience of recruiting, managing and developing a team
  • previous experience working for a home care provider is preferable
  • full UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is essential
  • previous care experience in roles such as care home manager, deputy manager or care manager
