Job Responsibility

  • Leadership: Directly managing the day-to-day operations and supervising Care Coordinators and frontline staff
  • Quality Excellence: Ensuring services not only meet but exceed CQC and local authority requirements through rigorous audits
  • Collaboration: Working with multidisciplinary teams across the village to ensure holistic resident outcomes
  • Growth: Managing recruitment, staff retention, and ensuring your team is highly trained and competent
  • Empowerment: Developing individualised care plans that promote maximum independence for our residents

Requirements

  • Management Experience: A proven track record of leading care teams and managing income/expenditure
  • Regulatory Expertise: A deep understanding of CQC regulations (KLOEs) and experience leading inspections
  • Clinical/Social Care Knowledge: Expertise in safeguarding and developing person-centred care plans
  • Background: Previous experience as a Registered Manager or a strong background, ready for the next step in your career
  • Qualifications: Minimum NVQ Level 3, though NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care is strongly preferred
