Join us on our mission. Radfield Home Care specialises in providing personalised, private care for older people in their own home. Our mission is to make ageing a more enjoyable and rewarding experience for all involved and our Registered Care Managers have a huge role to play in making it happen. You will be taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Radfield Home Care service in Croydon & Sutton, driving success and growth by promoting the right working environment, maintaining standards and ensuring quality. In simple terms you’ll be making sure that our care professionals get the support they need and our clients get the care that’s right for them. We offer all the things you’d expect, like flexible working hours, paid mileage and travel time. You will be joining a forward-looking, family run business that sets the standard for what care can do.

Job Responsibility:

  • Taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Radfield Home Care service in Croydon & Sutton
  • Driving success and growth by promoting the right working environment, maintaining standards and ensuring quality
  • Making sure that care professionals get the support they need and clients get the care that’s right for them

Requirements:

  • Experience of recruiting, managing and developing a team
  • Previous experience working for a home care provider is preferable
  • A full UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is essential

Nice to have:

Previous care experience in roles such as care home manager, deputy manager or care manager
