Job Description:

A well-established and fast-growing home care branch in Swansea is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Registered Care Manager to lead its next phase of development. This branch has a strong foundation, a loyal customer base, and significant opportunity for commercial growth. If you're an ambitious manager who enjoys building services, driving performance and working in a dynamic environment, this role offers the autonomy and challenge you’re looking for.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the day-to-day running of the home care branch
Hold and maintain CIW registration
Recruit, train and develop a high-performing care team
Drive commercial growth and build new business opportunities
Ensure compliance, quality standards and customer safety
Manage operational KPIs, budgets and performance targets
Build strong relationships with customers, carers, families and professionals
Promote a positive, values-driven team culture

Requirements:

Proven management experience within a regulated environment (care, healthcare, education, housing, etc.)
Knowledge of CIW standards (desirable, but support available)
Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it
A strong commercial focus with experience growing a service
Excellent people management, communication and organisational skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to rapid growth
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
A passion for delivering safe, person-centred home care

Nice to have:

Knowledge of CIW standards
