Compass Associates are working in partnership with an innovative operator within the later living sector to recruit a Registered Care Manager for a brand-new retirement village development in Shropshire. This is a unique opportunity to join a newly opening community and play a key role in establishing and developing the care service from the ground up. Working closely alongside the Village General Manager as part of a 'one village, one team' culture, the successful candidate will lead the care provision, oversee the CQC registration process and help shape a warm, resident-focused environment centred around kindness, security and hospitality. Unlike many Registered Manager opportunities, care needs will be relatively light initially, with residents largely independent. This gives you the platform to focus on building strong relationships, recruiting the team, and laying the foundations for the service as the village grows over time.
