NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years in care management, including staff recruitment, supervision, and performance management
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practice in extra care services
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to manage budgets, oversee health & safety, and handle complex operational challenges
