Requirements

Experience as a Nursing Home Manager (essential)
RGN/RMN/RNLD qualification or non-nurse background considered
Experience within the high-end care sector (desirable)
Strong understanding of CQC criteria and evidence of compliant inspection history

Demonstrate excellent knowledge of CQC requirements
Hold a track record of achieving Good to Outstanding CQC ratings
